HSEB results 2070 for Management face unexpected delays

With grade 12 results for science published a month ago, HSEB results 2070 for management, education, commerce and humanity results are facing some unexpected delays. This has led to a huge resentment and frustration among the students waiting for results.

With no concrete updates from HSEB on the matter, the dates for result publication still remain uncertain. But students can put this ample time they have into some good use. With a good number of emerging career options at the threshold, this free time can utilized a good deal to analyze them and choose the most promising one. A good number of students seem preferring technical faculties like Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelors in Information Management (BIM) and Bachelors in Hotel Management (BHM). Students who are interesting in pursuing a career in BBA under Tribhuwan University will have to appear in the CMAT entrance examinations being conducted by university. CMAT stands for Common Management Admission Test, and students have to pass this test to pursue further management studies under Tribhuwan University affiliated colleges. The entrance examinations will be held on September 22. We wish all the best to every student appearing in the CMAT exam

माई संसार मा प्रकाशित "हरि पौडेल " जी को ब्लग "साईकल किन चढ्ने शिर्षक मलाई सारै नै राम्रो लाग्यो । तेसैले यो ब्लग माई संसार पाठक बाहेक अन्य पाठक हरुले नि पढ्न सकुन भनेर यहाँ मेरो कन्सेप्ट मा उतारेको छु 

 हरी पौडेल 

       मेरो दैनिकिमा भेट हुने साथीभाइ इस्टमित्र कसैले पनि साइकल चढ्नु हुँदैन, यो ठीक छैन भनेको सुनेको छैन। मेरा साथीहरु कुरामा कुरा चल्दा भटटट साइकल चढ्नु को फाइदा हरु पनि भन्न सक्छन: यो किन्न सस्तो छ, चलाऊन झन सस्तो छ, बातावरण मैत्री छ, स्वास्थ्यको दृष्‍टिकोणले उपयोगी छ, दुर्घटना हुने सम्भावना कम हुन्छ, ट्राफिक जाम कम हुन्छ आदी आदी। नेदरल्यान्ड का प्रधानमन्त्री साइकल चढेर कार्यालय गएको फेसबूक ट्विटर्मा सेअर गर्छन्। बेलायतका प्रधानमन्त्री सार्वजनिक बसमा यात्रा गरेको फोटो लाइक गर्छन्। ओहो मेरा साथीहरु निकै साइकल प्रेमी छन। तर ती साथीहरु आँफै बैंक बाट लोन झिकेर मोटरसाइकल किनेर चढ्छन्। मलाई अचम्म लाग्छ। मेरा साइकल प्रेमी साथीहरुको मोटरसाइकलले खाडीको तेल नखाएर पानी त खाँदैन होला, धुवा को सट्टा अत्तर त फाल्दैन होला, जाम मा भ्यागुतो जस्तो उफ्रेर हिड्दैन होला। म सोध्छु किन यस्तो ? जवाफ सबैको एउटै हुन्छ: “काठमाडौंमा साइकल चढ्नु सेफ नै छैन”।                                               

          यसो बिचार गरें, हो त, कहाँ सेफ छ त साइकल चढ्न काठमाडौंमा। साइकल को छुट्टै लेन छैन। सडक धेरै ब्यस्त छन। ट्राफिक नियम कसैले मान्दैन। अनी फेरी बिचार गरे त्यसो भए के चै सुरक्षित छ त? मोटार्साइकल?? अह, मेरा कती साइकल प्रेमी साथीहरु मोटरसाइकल दुर्घटनामा झन्डै शाहीद भएका छन । भक्तपुरको छ लेनको बाटोमा मोटरसाइकलले हानेर हजुर आमा र नाती एकै ठाउमा मरेको खबर पनि भर्खर सुनेको। सार्वजनिक बस?? होइन, कती पटक त बस चढ्न नसकेर म आँफै हिंडेर अफिस गएको छु। त्यो भिड!! बल्ल बल्ल ठेलम ठेल गरेर बस चढ्यो खुट्टा राख्ने ठाउँ हुँदैन, फेरी अफिस टाईम मा त जाम तेस्तै, खलासीले आफ्नो घरमा पालेको कुकुरलाई जस्तै आदेश दिन्छ: यता फर्केर बस्नुस्, उता फर्कनुस्, खुट्टा भित्र राख्नुस्, बाहिर राख्नुस्, पछाडि जानुस् अगाडि आउनुस् के के हुन के के। अफिस पुग्दा नै कुस्ती खेलेर आएको खेलाडी जस्तो भइन्छ। अस्ती शाहीदगेट बाट किर्तिपुर जदा त मेरो दिदिको ब्याग भित्र राखेको पर्स नै चोरि भएको थियो। ट्याक्सी?? ट्यक्सी चढ्न पैसो कस्ले देओस। कार सम्म पुग्न मन नै लागेन। पैदल यात्रा?? काठमाडौंको सडकमा सजिलोसँग हिंड्न पुग्ने फुट्पाथ नै छैन, भएकोमा पनि ब्यापारी हरुले सामान बेच्ने कि हिंड्ने। फेरी सबै ठाउमा हिंडेरै पुग्न सम्भव पनि नहुने।
म तराइमै जन्मेर हुर्केको मान्छे साइकल चलाऊन त राम्रै आउथ्यो। तर काठमाडौंमा भने चलाएको थिएन। मोटरसाइकल चलाऊने हुँदा साइकल चलाऊन सकिन्न भन्ने चै थिएन। तै पनि सबैले भन्ने गरे जस्तै “काठमाडौंमा साइकल चढ्नु सेफ नै छैन” भन्ने कुरा चै मलाई पनि लाग्थ्यो। मलाई पछील्लो समयमा साइकल प्रतिको मोह अझ बढ्दै गैरहेको छ। यसमा मेरो ब्यक्तिगत सोख भन्दा बढी शहरी यात्रामा गरिने साइकल यात्राले ब्यक्ती समाज तथा बातावरणलाई हुन पुग्ने फाईदाका कुराहरुले बढी आकर्षित गरेका हुन। त्यसैले म साइकल सँग सम्बन्धीत काम गरिरहेका संस्था हरु खोज्दै जादा काठमाडौं साइकल सिटी- साइकल सिटी नेट्वर्क नेपाल ले साल्ट ट्रेडिङ कर्पोरेसन संगै गर्न लागेको साइकल र्याली मा पुगे। मेरो आफ्नै साइकल नभएकाले ठमेल बाट रु ६०० तिरेर एक दिन को लागि एउटा साइकल भाडामा लिएर गएको थिए। बिहान ८ बजे सुरु भएको र्याली करिब १२ बजे तिर सकिएको थियो। दिनभरीलाई भनेर पैसा तिरेकाले साइकल बुझाई हाल्न मन लागेन। मैले काठमाडौंका मुख्य मुख्य सडकहरु जहाँ बढी ट्राफिक को फ्लो हुन्छ त्यस्तो ठाउमा साइकल चलाऊने बिचार गरे किनकी मलाई पहिले देखी नै खड्किरहेको कुरा बुझ्नु पनि थियो- साच्ची कै साइकल काठमाडौंको सडकमा असुरक्षित छ त? मलाई पहिलो पटक काठमाडौंको सडकमा साइकल चलाउदा त्यती सहज महसुस होला भन्ने सोचेको थिएन। बिगत १ बर्ष देखी चलाऊदै आएको मोटर साइकल चलाऊदा भन्दा मलाई त्यो दिन साइकल चलाउदा सुरक्षित महसुस भएको थियो र तेत्तिकै आनन्द पनि। अब कुरा जोडौ मेरा साइकल प्रेमी मित्र हरुको साइकल नचड्नु को रेडिमेड जवाफ काठमाडौं मा साइकल सेफ नै छैन। हो हाम्रो देशमा सरकारले साइकल जस्तो बातावरण मैत्री साधनलाई प्राथमिकतामा राख्न सकेको छैन। यहाँ साइकलको छुट्टै लेन पनि छैन। साइकलको लागि चाहिने इन्फ्रा स्ट्रक्चर तथा ट्राफिक नियम हरु बनाइयका छैनन। तर यसका बाबजुत पनि साइकल अरु मोटर जडित सवारी साधन भन्दा असुरक्षित छ भन्ने चै होइन।   

               हामी पैसाले गरीब त छौ नै सोचले पनि गरीब छौ। हामीले साइकललाई हेर्ने दृष्‍टिकोणले नै साइकल नचढ भन्छ। यो पैसा नहुने हरुले चढ्ने साधन हो, साइकल चढ्यो भने आफ्नो सामाजिक प्रतिस्ठा खस्किन्छ भन्ने सोच्छौ हामी। तेसैले हामी झन झन गरीब हुँदै छौ। तपाईंहरुलाई पनि थाहा छ। नेपालले आफ्नो आयातको सबै भन्दा बढी पैसा पेट्रोलिअम पदार्थ मा खर्च गर्छ (कुल आयातको करिब २०%) अटो मोबाईलस मा तेस्तै पैसा बिदेस गैरहेको हुन्छ। तेल त एउटा पक्ष भयो। काठमाडौंमा ट्राफिक ब्यबस्थापनामा हरेक बर्ष झन बढी चुनौती बढ्दै गैरहेको छ। पार्किङ् को समस्या तेस्तै छ। एउटा कार पार्क गर्न चहिने ठाउमा ८ देखी १० वटा साइकल पार्क गर्न सकिन्छ। नेपाल जस्तो देसमा त झन साइकल को एकदम महत्व छ। किनकी यहाँका धेरै जनता आर्थिक रुपले सबल छैनन। धेरै महँगो सवारी साधन किनेर चढ्न सक्दैनन। देश नै गरीब छ। सरकारले शहरमा ठुला ठुला मेट्रो ट्रेन बनाउन सक्दैन, सवारी साधन बढ्दै जादा सोही अनुसारको सडक अनी पार्कइङ को सम्रचना निर्माण गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ। इन्धनको माग अझ बढ्दै जान्छ। बातावरण प्रदुसण अझ बढ्दै जान्छ। काठमाडौं जस्तो एकत्रित बस्ती भएको सानो गोलाकार शहरमा साइकल बाट पुग्न नसकिने ठाउँ कमै मात्रा होलान। यहाँको हावा पानी पनि राम्रो छ। (तराइमा जस्तो धेरै गर्मी पनि नहुने हिमाल मा जस्तो धेरै जाडो पनि नहुने)। युरोपका धेरै देशमा धनी गरीब साबैले साइकल चढ्छन्। साइकल चढ्ने सानो मान्छे कार चढ्ने ठुलो मान्छे हुँदैन। घरमा कार हुने हरु पनि शहरी क्षेत्रमा साइकल नै बढी प्रयोग गर्छन्। भलै त्यहाँ को सरकारले साइकल चढ्न आफ्ना जनतालाई निकै प्रोत्साहन गरेको हुन्छ। नेदरल्यान्ड साइकल को सफल प्रयोगमा अग्रपन्क्तिमा आउने देश हो। त्यहाँका शहरहरुलाई साइकल मैत्री बनाउन धेरै अध्ययन भैइसकेका छन। डेन्मार्क, स्पेन, जर्मनी, बेलायत, स्विडेन जस्ता देश्हरुले पनि साइकल को प्रयोग बढाउन लागिपरेका छन। हाम्रो देशबाट बेला बेलामा नेताहरु युरोपतिर पनि घुम्न जान्छन तर त्यहाँको राम्रो कुरा कहिलेइ सिक्न सकेनन। युरोप मात्र किन हाम्रै छिमेकी देश चाइनामा सरकारले साइकल को प्रयोग बढाउन निकै लगानी गरिसकेको छ र सफल पनि भैरहेको छ।     

हामी काठमाडौंमा सरकारले साइकल लेन बनाइदेला र साइकल चलाऊला भनेर बस्ने मान्छे पनि धेरै छौ। त्यसरी बस्यौ भने बसेको बस्यै होइनेछ। कम्तिमा हामी आफ्नो लागि मात्र साइकल चढ्यौ भने यही देशको नागरिक भएकाले बिचरा यो सानो गरीब देशलाई ठुलो सहयोग हुनेछ। म सानो हुँदा सोच्थे देशको लागि के गर्न सकिन्छ? यदी भगवान आएर “तेरो देश्लाई जापान जस्तो बनाइदिन्छु धरहराको टुप्पो बाट हाम फाल्न सक्छस?” वा “बर्खाको भेलमा तिनाउको पुल बाट नदिमा हाम फाल्न सक्छस?” भन्यो भने खुशी हुँदै हाम फाल्थे होला भन्ने जस्तो भावना आउथ्यो तर तेसो होइन रहेछ। हामी आफ्नो लागि राम्रो बानी बसाल्यौ भने नै देशको लागि धेरै गर्न सकेको हुदो रहेछौ। हो एक्लै गरेर केही हुँदैन तर सबैले एक्लै एक्लै कोशीस गर्‍यो भने एउटा राम्रो संस्कार बस्छ। राम्रो संस्कारले समाज बदल्छ। साइकल चढ्ने पनि संस्कर बसाल्नु जरुरी छ। किनकी यो ढिलो चाडो हाम्रा शहरहरुलाई चहिनेछ। तपाईं आफ्नो फाइदाको लागि साइकल चढ्ने बानी बसाल्दा पनि देशको लागि धेरै ठुलो योगदान गरिरहनु भएको हुनेछ।
